 HIP HOP INTERNATIONAL (HHI), creators of America’s Best Dance Crew, will conduct a nationwide search for the best Australian hip hop dance groups in March 2012.

 The HHI Australian Hip Hop Dance Championships have set two exclusive qualification heats in Brisbane (Clem Jones Centre) on March 24, Melbourne on March 25 (Collingwood Town Hall) and Sydney (Sydney University Sports & Aquatic Centre) on March 31. The winning teams will earn the right to represent Australia at the World Hip Hop Dance Championships on July 30-August 5 in Las Vegas, USA.

 Last August, eight dance crews paved their way into the national team and represented Australia at the 10th World Hip Hop Dance Championships.They joined two-thousand of the world’s best street dancers from 34 other nations and competed for the world titles and international bragging rights.

Event categories include:

 Junior (7-12 years old)

 Varsity (13 – 17 years old)

 Adult (18 and older)

 Mega-Crew(fifteen to forty members)
